I am a Graphic Design student, away from Uni I enjoy skateboarding and music. I’m into most sports and in my spare time get together with friends to play football. I’m a fully certified lifeguard, having trained and worked in large public aquatic centres.

I have been a Lifeguard for over 5 years and enjoy being in and around the pool. I have been a lifeguard at very busy centres in Sydney and am well equipped to guard any ages especially minors and the elderly. I am a Pre Medicine student aspiring to be a future doctor so saving lives is a passion for me and I feel as if lifeguard comes hand in hand with this.

As I was born on the coast of Spain, my life has been connected to water sports since I was a child. I took up lifeguarding several years ago when I started working for Red Cross on some beaches around my city, Bilbao. I have just moved to Australia and started to perform lifeguarding as my main profession. I am so glad I did so because my life has changed completely for the better. I am so happy and cheerful and ready to transmit this enthusiasm for your guests.

Hello guys!
I have experience in almost every type of swimming pool environment, including film/tv sets, 5 star health clubs, private pools and I have been working with children for many years as a swimming teacher and pool supervision. I have experience of managing Lifeguards and how to deal with emergencies and first aid. I love being a Lifeguard because it is a very demanding job and rewarding, it is my job to make sure people stay safe and most of all, they are enjoying themselves in the water. I love what I do and to gain experience I have moved from England to Australia so I have both lifeguard qualifications and several other certifications in the aquatic environment.  Fun fact: I’m a personal chef too!

I have over 5 years experience as a swimming teacher with children and adults off all ages. Being able to teach people how to swim is a very rewarding job and I enjoy what I do. I have been working as a full-time lifeguard in different environments (swimming pools, aquatic centres, beaches) and countries (Spain, France, New Zealand, Australia) during the last four years.
I have also worked as a part-time swim instructor during this time.

I have been a lifesaver at Clovelly for 10+ years and hold my Advance First Aid, Advanced Resuscitation Training, silver medallion in beach management, IRB and Rescue Watercraft (Jetskii) as well as holding my Silver Medallion Aquatic Rescue.

I have been a surf life saver at Bondi Beach for 3 years and rescue crewman for the Surf Life Saving Support Operations Offshore Rescue Boat (Surf Rescue 30), where I hold the following qualifications: advanced resuscitation certificate, spinal management, silver medallion in beach management, inflatable rescue boat crew certificate and offshore rescue boat crew certificate.

In addition to my life saving experiences, I am also a swift- and flood-water rescue operator for NSW SES.

To give a little bit of extra background about myself, I am currently finishing off my Ph.D. in Medicine looking at Melanoma and Immunotherapy. I also work as a forensic post-mortem technician at NSW Forensic and Analytical Science Service as well as an organ and tissue retrieval technician for NSW Organ and Tissue Donation Service.

I also love scuba diving (advanced open water PADI certification), surfing and snowboard every weekend during winter!

I have worked as a lifeguard in busy inner city swim centres in Sydney as well as laid back pools in the Northern Territory of Australia. I just enjoy being around water and seeing people active and enjoying themselves. I am also a keen surfer and beach goer.

Hi! My name’s Kiahna and I’ve been lifeguarding for over a year now. I spent three months over in the USA lifeguarding full time at a summer camp (lake and pool), so I know all about swim safety for kids of any age (and their families!). Since coming home, I’ve found not only new work at outdoor pools, but also an insane itch to get back out into the world. The travel bug definitely bit me! Hello! I have been a pool lifeguard for 5 years, an ocean lifeguard for 4 years and a nipper guard instructor for 3. I enjoy lifeguarding because I have learned such great skills. I’ve been involved with Surf Life Saving for over 10 years and have volunteered as a lifesaver for over 5 years. After completing High School I obtained my Lifeguarding qualification and have continued to serve as a lifeguard at my local pool for just over 2 years. Lifeguarding/lifesaving to me is crucial for the prevention of drownings and other related injuries/deaths in Australia and world wide.
